Making the Case for Social Media Strategy

I am constantly barraged with technical email newsletters offering white papers and documentation on every tech topic under the sun. A good chunk of it does not apply to our needs or strategies here at SRG. This morning I was sent a white paper with incredible relevance. It outlines and justifies the place of social media marketing strategies in every businesses' marketing toolbox. It prompted me to do a little digging around where I found this article which outlines several major web 2.0 marketing success stories, as well as a few plunders by those companies who have failed to embrace social media strategies appropriately.
